Excerpt from the note: "Star Trek says that it has not all happened, it has not all been discovered, that tomorrow can be as challenging and adventurous as any time man has ever lived."

You're kidding me! OMG you just made my day. Before I go to sleep! AWESOMENESS!
You know, this has finally given me some hope of us actually succeeding. I mean, I believe I have mentioned before I didn't join this because I thought it would succeed, but I've been given fresh hope. Thank you Lance!

I saw this on my Facebook newsfeed and had to double take.
WOW. I am so glad to have been a part of this project from its very beginnings, even if it is a very minimal part. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Does anyone have an estimate as to how many people will see this publication? At least in the bay area?

@ pirate college graduate...
eh, probably not too many, sadly. Here is the page where they talk about what the "Examiner" actually is http://www.examiner.com/about_examiner/ . Kind of a collection of selected bloggers on topics of their expertise. I live in SF and I've never heard of it...but it is totally legit and mainstream, so a good place to start!
